“Nautilus” is a rendering of an invertebrate for Art 112 at Cal Poly Humboldt during the Spring 2023 semester. This is a colored rendering of a chambered nautilus utilizing acrylic ink with brushes. After critique, the original black background was layered with blue acrylic ink in order to brighten and unify the composition.
